Our Anti-inflammatory targets, as its name suggests, inflammation. The main ingredient is turmeric, supported by 12 other plant-based whole foods that work to ensure the turmeric and other ingredients are optimally absorbed and work effectively to reduce inflammation.

Did you know that all disease and pain starts with inflammation?

That’s because inflammation is the body’s natural response to injury or illness. Whenever you get an infection or a broken bone, or have an allergic reaction or other health-related condition, your body’s first response will be to inflame the affected area in the hopes of healing it.

However, inflammation isn’t always the saviour our body thinks it is. Inflammation can actually end up wreaking more havoc than help, and the higher your inflammatory levels, the worse your pain will be.

Turmeric is packed with over 300 phytonutrients – natural compounds found in plants that help to keep them healthy. By eating phytonutrient-rich fruits and vegetables (like turmeric), you can boost and improve your overall health just like plants do.

Turmeric also contains curcumin, the active compound known for its natural anti-inflammatory properties. Most of the remaining compounds in the spice work together to help the body absorb curcumin, and its anti-inflammatory power, across the walls of the gut and into the bloodstream.

Our Anti-inflammatory blend is made with premium grade turmeric as well as 12 other powerful and natural plant-based whole foods. Together, they work in harmony to bring down inflammation levels, reduce swelling and ease joint pain.

By taking a whole food approach, you get all of the nutrients and natural anti-inflammatory components that come with it – and not just one concentrated part.

Serving size

For everyone else, we recommend you start strong with 1 full serve 1 to 2 times a day, and reduce the serving size once you start to see the benefits – usually between 2 and 12 days.

1 serve = 4gm = approx. 1 heaped teaspoon

Mix 1 serve of Anti-inflammatory blend with a liquid of your choice. Approximately 150ml of cool to warm water is preferred, but you can add it to fruit juice, coconut water, almond milk, rice milk, yoghurt or any other liquid.

Gentle Start
(For people with sensitive tummies and bowels)
Take ½ serve in the morning with breakfast or with your first meal. Do this for three days.
Increase to taking ½ serve morning and night with food for 1 week.
Increase to 1 serve morning and night, until you experience results, then decrease to just 1 serve per day, as per the general wellbeing dose.
Take 1 serve per day, of if you prefer, take two ½ serves per day, eg ½ serve morning and ½ afternoon, or place 1 serve into your water bottle and sip it all day.
Take 1 serve 2 times per day - e.g. morning and afternoon/evening, for as long as it takes for you to experience results. Once you feel well and the pain has significantly reduced, return back to the general wellbeing dose of just 1 serve per day.
Take 1 serve 3 times per day - e.g. morning, noon and night. Stay with this does until you experience results, then reduce to two serves per day for 3 weeks and, if the benefit is still maintained, reduce further to the general wellbeing dose.
Take 1 serve 4 times per day, for as long as is required to make a significant difference to your condition.

You can mix any of our blends with ANY liquid you like. Water is the recommendation, however, juices, smoothies, milks, shakes, etc even yoghurt are all fine.
